In April 2018, I had the chance to participate to the eTextile SpringBreak, wich took place at Wassaic, NY. In a setting still wintery and picturesque in the American style, I could share my passion with people I admire who each have their own approach to eTextile.
The theme was “Revel in the (Un)Ravel”.
AT this occasion, I was able to present a project in progress, Tagada 2.0, which is a version without wifi and with an integrated sensor of my project Tagada, made in Schmiede. On site, I was able to continue my experimentation of resistive sensors and capacitive sensors thanks to Admar Schoonen and Adrian Freed, I loved playing with their libraries. Thus, I was able to make 3 pieces that produce sound and light when manipulated.
